Curious about yoga? Curious  about mindfulness and meditation?  

Yin Yoga is a cooling, slower form of yoga where poses are held for 3-5 minutes. This allows participants the opportunity to fully experience the pose (in a way that works for their body) while practicing mindfulness and connecting fully the mind, body, and spirit.

*We provide mats and blocks. Feel free to bring any additional items to aid in your practice.
