Phoenix Rising Center welcomes and is committed to serving and supporting people of all races, cultures, ethnicities, ancestries, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, ages, abilities, financial backgrounds, and religious or spiritual traditions.

Our mission is to share transformational tools and practices with those who are ready and willing to begin their healing journey. We understand that healing and personal growth require effort, commitment, and dedication. With the right tools, guidance, and community support, it is possible to heal the wounds of the past and move forward with greater awareness of who we are and what we are here to do.

GENERAL POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY:

As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Instead, eligible cancellations will receive an account credit.

No refunds or account credits will be issued for late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows. Like concerts or other ticketed events, missed events are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS:
Eligible cancellations will receive an account credit for the amount paid.

ACCOUNT CREDIT POLICY:
If you have an existing account credit from a previous cancellation, you may use it like cash toward any Phoenix Rising Center offering. Please email the center to apply your credit to the event, class, and/or service you would like to attend. You are responsible for paying any remaining balance if the new total exceeds your credit amount.
