Andrea Holden
Andrea Holden specializes in helping women navigate the hormonal changes of midlife so they can balance their hormones, support metabolism, and regain their energy and vitality. In her early 40s, despite doing all the “right” things, Andrea found herself struggling with persistent fatigue, brain fog, and emotional ups and downs that affected her confidence and daily life. Determined to find answers beyond quick fixes, she turned to functional lab testing and advanced training in Functional Medicine and Longevity Science, uncovering the powerful connections between hormones, gut health, thyroid function, and stress.
Through personalized testing and targeted interventions, Andrea restored her own health and now helps other women uncover the root causes of their symptoms so they can feel energized, confident, and back in control of their well-being. Andrea holds a Master of Science from Columbia University and is certified in Functional Medicine through the Rockwell School of Holistic Medicine and in Longevity Science through Health Experts Alliance.
