Wellness Wednesday: Meditation Circle

“peace of mind arrives the moment you come to peace with the contents of your mind.”
- rasheed ogunlaru

Gather. Breathe. Be.

Meditation is a practice of coming home to yourself. In the middle of a busy week, it offers a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Mindfulness has been shown to ease stress, regulate emotions, improve focus, support physical wellbeing, and deepen spiritual awareness. By practicing together, we create space to restore balance in mind, body, and spirit.

Each circle unfolds in three parts:

  • Guided Meditation – gentle direction to help the mind settle and focus.

  • Sound Meditation – calming tones and vibrations to release tension and harmonize energy.

  • Silent Meditation – quiet presence to integrate the practice and cultivate inner stillness.

This rhythm of guided, sound, and silence allows participants to experience meditation in different forms—each one supporting the others. Over time, the practice helps foster clarity, peace, resilience, and a greater sense of connection.

No previous meditation experience is necessary. Just come as you are and let the practice meet you where you are.
