Holding the Spark: A Ceremony for Inner Warmth, Rest & Renewal

"People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed…"
-Maya Angelou

Sometimes renewal begins by simply keeping the flame alive…

Are you craving rest, warmth, and steadiness — without the pressure to push forward?

This two-hour ceremonial gathering offers a grounding and restorative experience designed to help participants slow down, soften inward, and reconnect with themselves. Centered around themes of inner warmth, care, and gentle renewal, this ceremony invites participants to tend to what is quietly stirring beneath the surface, rather than rushing toward change.

The experience includes the creation of a shared altar, a simple offering ritual, a guided meditation focused on nurturing inner energy, and an extended sound bath to support deep relaxation and integration. Participants will also be guided through a small, hands-on tea blending ritual, creating a personalized herbal tea to take home as a continuation of the evening’s intention.

Together, these elements create space for rest, reflection, and nervous system regulation, allowing participants to leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and quietly refreshed — with a tangible ritual they can return to in their daily lives.

This ceremony is open to all. No prior experience with meditation, ceremony, or sound healing is required.
