Turning Dreams into Insight
Did you ever wake up from a dream and think about it for hours or even days?
Did you ever brush off a dream as just something silly or scary that happened to you?
Actually, your dreams reveal your true desires and the actions you need to take to achieve them. Your dreams are not random. They're the link between your subconscious thoughts and your conscious actions. Your subconscious mind uses symbols and emotions to tell you what actions you should take towards your ideal life.
In this 90-minute Dream Circle, you'll learn the importance of rest, the connection between restful sleep and your dreams, and the importance of understanding the messages that your dreams are bringing to you. During the session, Jay will work with some volunteers to analyze their dreams in real time using her signature D.R.E.A.M. Method. Even if you don't share your own dream, you'll likely recognize pieces of yourself in someone else's.
What you'll walk away with: a real reverence for your own dreams, an understanding of how to start reading your own dreams, a felt sense of permission to treat rest and sleep as sacred rather than something to feel guilty about, and one simple habit that you can start using immediately to build a deeper relationship with your own intuition.
Who this is for:
Anyone curious about what their dreams are trying to tell them. Whether you've never given dreams a second thought or you've been journaling them for years and want a guide to go deeper, this circle is for you. No experience necessary. This circle works for teens through adults, and is especially powerful for anyone navigating a life transition, a big decision, or a season of change.
Come ready to listen to your own dreams, and to each other's.
*We provide mats, blankets, and eye pillows for your comfort. You are also welcome to bring any personal items that will enhance your relaxation and well-being.

Jamila "Jay" Glean
Jamila "Jay" Glean is an intuitive dream analyst and the founder of JayDreamingg. She discovered her ability to interpret dreams in 2000 and later learned that her great-grandmother carried the same gift, interpreting dreams in Grenada, West Indies. Since then, Jay has interpreted dreams for hundreds of people, helping them hear what their subconscious has already been trying to tell them. Using her signature D.R.E.A.M. Method, Jay leads keynote talks and small group dream circles to help people reconnect with their intuition, treat rest as sacred, and trust the guidance already within them. Jay also conducts limited one-on-one sessions in private settings to identify what the person's dream reveals about their life and the action they're ready to take next.
