Using Systemic Family Constellations, we’ll explore the hidden dynamics and inherited patterns that unconsciously shape your life. These patterns may manifest as self-doubt, procrastination, burnout, stagnation, or recurring relationship struggles.

Systemic Family Constellations is a healing modality that helps you see how your family of origin, your culture, and your life experiences shape the way you move through the world. Sometimes we carry pain, responsibilities, or beliefs from our family system—often without realizing it. These intergenerational patterns can show up as resistance, dissatisfaction, anxiety, health issues, or repeating the same challenges again and again. By feeling into these hidden ancestral entanglements, we’re able to acknowledge the root of our challenges and transform ancestral blocks into resources. This opens space for the flow of love and passion, deep release, and authentic movement forward.

Kit mejia & elise bish
Kit Mejia is an Entrepreneur Supporting Healers with Strategy & Flow. She helps holistic practitioners and entrepreneurs reconnect with clarity, passion, and purpose through systemic constellations and conscious technology support. Her work supports people in navigating the unseen patterns that keep them stuck. Kit creates spaces that feel safe, grounded, and honest—where people get to show up fully, name what matters, and come back to themselves.
Elise Bish is a Systemic Family Constellations Facilitator, Desire Catalyst and certified Urban Tantra® Practitioner & Her work is rooted in body wisdom, energy medicine, and sacred sexuality. She brings over a decade of experience in gender and sexuality studies, somatic healing, and systemic constellations. Elise supports people in navigating desire, shame, pleasure, and belonging. She holds space for the complexity of the human experience with compassion, curiosity, and clarity.
Together, they bring deep presence, lived experience, and a shared commitment to healing work that honors both ancestral roots and present-day realities. Their facilitation is grounded and accessible, spiritual and inclusive. This is a rare chance to explore what truly matters—in your body, in your family system, and in your voice.
