Chanting for the Chakras is a vibrant, healing practice where we move through each of the seven chakras, spending 7 minutes on each, chanting their unique sounds. The chakras are the body’s energy hubs—they hold our emotions, our experiences, our stories. When they’re open and balanced, energy flows freely, and we feel more alive, more aligned, more… ourselves.

In this practice, we combine sound, visualization, and community. You’ll chant the sound of each chakra while tuning into its color and energy, letting the vibration move through your body.
