Beneath the Bloom is a fall wellness and healing workshop designed to help participants rest, release, and reset through intentional, heart-centered practices.
This immersive experience combines a ceremonial cacao circle, guided meditation, reflective journaling, a fire release ritual, and the creation of intention-infused bath salts for cleansing and renewal. Each element is designed to support emotional healing, energetic clearing, and seasonal self-care.
Participants will leave feeling grounded, calm, and reconnected — with tools to carry mindfulness and ritual into daily life.

CASSIE CHECHILE
Cassie Chechile is a yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and entrepreneur based in Downtown New Rochelle, NY. With a professional background in public relations, marketing, and business development, Cassie has combined her expertise in branding with her passion for wellness to create an online presence and classes where individuals can find balance, strength, and inner peace. Currently completing her yoga teacher certification, Cassie focuses on beginner-friendly, accessible yoga, emphasizing slow, intentional movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. She believes in the transformative power of yoga to support both physical and mental well-being, making her classes welcoming to students of all experience levels. To deepen students experience, she sometimes incorporates Reiki energy healing for those who wish to receive it. Cassie’s journey into wellness is deeply personal—rooted in her own experiences of self-discovery, mental health advocacy, and mid-life pivots. Her teaching, and growing online presence, is committed to helping others cultivate sustainable wellness practices and feel empowered in their daily lives. She is also passionate about building community, both locally in New Rochelle and Westchester and through her online platforms, where she shares insights on yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, and everyday wellness rituals. When she’s not teaching or working, Cassie enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband Paul and their dogs, exploring new wellness practices, and advocating for a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle.
